Procedure for our Assistance
A) For Fresh Cases :
  • Fill up the Ds 160 Form given in this websitse completely.
  • Applicants applying for H1, H4, L1, L2 Visa(work Visa) should send their approved 1797 petition by email.
  • Students should send copy of I 20.
  • Similarly J1/J2(Exchange Visitor) should send approved petition copy.
  • All applicants should send copies of front & last page of Passport.
  • Applicants can send filled DS 160 from along with Passport copies, last income tax return(if applicable),petition copy, etc as applicable by courier/ Speed Post/ or upload it online.
  • On verifying the forms & case service charge will be informed to you.
  • We shall undertake further processing only after receipt of our service charge.
  • Later we shall do further processing and advice you about consulate fees payment which you can pay in Axis Bank if you want(For Indian Applicants)
  • Alternately, we can also pay consulate fees on you behalf in in which case entire amount-consulate Fees plus our service charge should be sent by you in advance(For Indian applicants only)
  • Appointment will be taken by us as per you convenience & availability.
  • Appointment letter etc will be e-mailed to you.
  • Telephonic consultation will be given to you after receipt of your payment.
  • KINDLY NOTE THAT CONSULATE FEES AS WELL AS OUR SERVICE CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
  • GRANTING OR REFUSING VISA IS THE PREROGATIVE OF EMBASSY/ CONSULATE. There are no fixed documents to be furnished. There is no appeal against visa refusal.
  • Where as we do assist you in obtaining Visa, we do not guarantee Visa issuance by consulate.
  • Yet we humbly claim to have a very high success rate in getting Visas.
B) Previously Rejected Cases :
  • Basic procedure same as above.
